Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we only accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Please note that slight variations in color, scent, or design may occur, as each candle is handmade.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
